Engineering included engineering of the total electrical package. EMC designed the system architecture for the special propulsion plant, that is a hybrid system (diesel direct , diesel electric or combined) with a power take off (PTO) generator and a power take in (PTI) electric motor. The EPAC system integrates all alarm/control/PMS and monitoring functions

    Supervision and Commisioning

Electrical installation was carried out under supervision of a team of EMC supervisors, in close co-operation with the yard’s team of electrical foremen. Commissioning of the electrical installation by EMC again in close co-operation with the yards mechanical commissioning team.
